Alyssa Flegg is a professional accountant turned Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant who is passionate about helping women over 40 feel amazing. Alyssa teaches her clients healthy approaches to good health that are founded in balance and consistency, through her 14 week signature program the Peaceful Path to Menopause. This step-by-step formula is for ambitious women who suffer from mood swings, hot flushes, sleepless nights and inexplicable rage, and want to move through to menopause with their sanity intact and a supportive community by their side.

Alyssa completed her holistic nutrition training at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, CSNN Vancouver, and has earned her Culinary Nutrition Expert certification from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. She has written articles featured by the Academy of Culinary Nutrition,

and she appeared in podcast episodes of the Faith Filled Entrepreneur and the Mental Manager, sharing her passion for helping others experience better brain health and a peaceful path to menopause. She loves offering cooking classes and workshops that introduce people to the delicious and easy ways they can incorporate energy boosting, hormone supporting and brain healthy foods into their daily lives.

She is mama to 3 eager taste testers and is working on helping them grow into healthy foodies. When she isn’t seeing clients, offering cooking workshops, or researching all things nutrition, she enjoys crafting, hanging out with her family and exploring the great outdoors at her home in Langley, British Columbia, Canada
